Moving Organizations

Last week I was on a company sponsored course in the Resort de Campo y Polo in Argentina where we had the opportunity to think about ourselfs while we got some usefull insights from the guys of Axialent. Axialent was founded by Fred Kofman and Peter Senge is one of it’s academic advisors. The guy who gave the course was Vito Sgobba, an amaizing character…

We hat a lot of fun, and as I mentioned, we had the time to think about many things, related to relationships, leadership and feedback. Did I mention 360ยบ feedback? That’s alway an interesting topic and you get insights you never imagined!

It was a very nice experience!

Finally I got my own blog

I finally started my own blog, since everybody seems to have one these days. I just have to find out if I have something to say, but for the meantime here it is.
