Last week I was on a company sponsored course in the Resort de Campo y Polo in Argentina where we had the opportunity to think about ourselfs while we got some usefull insights from the guys of Axialent. We hat a lot of fun, and as I mentioned, we had the time to think about many things, related to relationships, leadership and feedback. Did I mention 360ยบ feedback? That’s alway an interesting topic and you get insights you never imagined!
